A Northern California native, born and raised in the Oakland Bay area.
I moved to Alabama in 1989 and enjoy the diversity of the landscape and wildlife .

I am self taught and have always had a passion for photography, receiving my first camera from my Grandfather when I was eight years old. I still remember it, a silver and orange Kodak 110 Instamatic. Many years have passed, I have since moved up to a Canon DSLR and a few lenses.

Photography to me is capturing a moment and freezing it time, seeing the world through the lens in another eye. My camera goes every where with me as I never know when a photo opportunity will happen. I am a versatile photographer and enjoy a wide range of venues from still life to wildlife and anything in between.
